4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and product dimensions.

4.3 Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment must be received in full before we begin processing your order.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SecretPrints Ltd. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the European Union. Shipping costs vary based on product size and destination. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

7.2 Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, or products that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

7.3 Refund Process

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email. If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days. Products must be returned in their original condition.
